edible Rhody, for whom I do work, is a member of the larger organization, edible Communities. Edible Communities founders, Tracey Ryder and Carole Topalian, have published a very cool book – edible – that’s kind of a greatest hits of the individual edible magazines. It’s a fabulous collection of articles, recipes and photography:The article selected to represent edible Rhody is about one of Providence’s finest chefs and restaurants, Bruce Tillinghast chef/owner of New Rivers, and uses my photography. I’m honored to be included.
